  • Approximate location: We use your IP address to determine your country and city. This helps us show you location-specific leaderboard data and understand from where players access in-game merchandise links.

  • Device information: Type of device, OS version, language settings—used for performance monitoring and support.

  • Usage data: Anonymous gameplay statistics (e.g., which levels or tracks are played most often).

We do not collect names, email addresses, payment information, or precise GPS location.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected data to:

  • Display regional leaderboard results.

  • Analyse engagement to improve gameplay and stability.

  • Understand how players interact with in-game merchandise links.

  • Ensure the App’s operation complies with applicable laws.

3. Data Storage and Processing

All game data—including approximate location and usage information—is stored and processed through Unity Cloud Services, operated by Unity Technologies.
Unity acts as a data processor on our behalf and may host this data on servers in the UK, EEA, or United States under Standard Contractual Clauses to safeguard transfers.

We do not share or sell personal information to any other party.

4. Future Integrations and Third-Party Services

Future versions of the App may include analytics or advertising SDKs such as Google AdMob or Appsflyer.  If introduced, they may collect identifiers (e.g., IDFA or GAID) or ad-interaction data.

Whenever such SDKs are added, we will:

  • Update this Privacy Policy to reflect the new data uses.

  • Provide links to each partner’s privacy notice.

  • Update our App Store and Play Store data-safety declarations.

5. Legal Basis for Processing (UK and EU Users)

We process data under:

  • Legitimate interest – to operate and improve the App.

  • Consent – for analytics or advertising features requiring opt-in.

You may withdraw consent anytime through in-app settings (if available) or by contacting us.

Unity Cloud retains only aggregated or anonymised data as long as needed for leaderboards, analytics, or troubleshooting.

Data is stored securely with encryption in transit and at rest.
